1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the 88fn platform and all of its services. By accessing the 88fn website, opening an account, or using any gaming service, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account on 88fn, you must provide accurate personal information. Each member's account is entirely personal and transferring or selling it to a third party is prohibited.

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your own responsibility. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.
• Always log out after logging in.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

88fn may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time to verify a member's identity. This verification process may be required before large withdrawals in particular.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

88fn processes financial transactions exclusively through popular mobile wallet services in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on 88fn:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile financial service of UCB Bank

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for each method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• The deposited amount will be credited to your gaming balance immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• The withdrawal account and the deposit account must be the same.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88fn offers attractive bonus deals for members. Each bonus offer has its own rules — please read them carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may claim any bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the bonus expiry date.
• 88fn reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting, casino games, and other gaming services on 88fn.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the system has successfully registered it and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account. 88fn will not be responsible for incomplete bets due to network disruptions.

6.2 Results & Dispute Resolution

Casino game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. If a dispute arises regarding any result or winning amount, submit a request to our support team. After investigation, 88fn's decision shall be considered final.

6.3 Technical Errors

Odds, payouts, or balances displayed incorrectly due to a software error or display issue are not valid. In such situations, 88fn reserves the right to make corrections based on the actual correct values.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fn platform, and any violation will result in permanent closure of the account:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
• Applying coordinated betting strategies to abuse the bonus system.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
• Using hacking, scraping, or automated bots.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Transferring funds to third parties through the platform.

Any member may close their account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. An opportunity to withdraw the valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any bonus under an active wagering requirement will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure or Suspension at 88fn's Initiative

88fn may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious activity involving fraud or misuse.
• Failure or non-cooperation in identity verification.
• To meet legal or regulatory requirements.

11. Limits of Liability

In cases of maximum possible liability, 88fn is responsible only for an amount equal to the balance available in the member's account.
